This slot on Evaluation indicates the context in which the evaluation was performed, for example, in relation to other members of the same class in some KB, or in relation to other versions of the same thing. Maybe there should really be two slots, one for the URL which defines the context and the other a value which is either CANDIDATE or VERSION.
